Remove-BG.AI offers a 14-Day Money Guaratee Back policy. We’re happy to help anyone who has ordered from our website.

1. If you are not satisfied with our service, simply contact us for a refund.

Just contact us via email [email protected] within 14 days of your order to let us know the reason for your refund request.

In your refund request email, please include:

  • - Your name
  • - Your registered email
  • - The order number
  • - The reason for refund

Note: Please allow us 2-4 business days to respond to your email in a high-peak time.

2. Eligibility of a refund:

  • You made your purchase for the first time.
  • You process a total of less than 50 images in any resolution.
  • You already canceled the auto-renewal of your subscription but you are still charged for that subscription in the next cycle.
  • Your account, you personally and your company have not made use of the 14 Days Money Back Guarantee before.
  • You encountered technical difficulties or errors while editing images using our service.Please provide details and any evidence of the errors at the time they occurred.

3. Rejection of a refund:

  • Your purchase was completed more than 14 days ago
  • You encounter some issues while accessing your subscription after payment, i.e. “user not match” error may be because you have logged in using a different email from the email you used to make payments. In this case, we will assist you to find the right login email and you are NOT eligible for a refund
  • Your purchases are made with special coupons.
  • You forget to cancel the subscription.

4. Time to process a refund:

If your refund request is accepted, it may take 5~7 business days to receive money back on your account.

We are not responsible for any bank charges, commissions or overdrafts. The only way to remove these charges is through direct negotiation with your bank.

5. In the event that we do issue a refund, your access to the Service(s) will be revoked.
